Yes, onboarded leads appear in the “Lead Tracking” tab with their current status and onboarding history.

Yes, while updating a lead, you can schedule a follow-up date and it will appear in your Follow Up tab.

Leads can be edited. Deletion may be restricted to avoid data loss—check with your manager for permissions.

Currently, assignment is managed by managers/admins. This feature will be part of the Phase 2 update.

Rejected leads appear in the Lead Tracking tab with feedback. You can correct and resubmit them.

Once a lead is marked “Live”, the status updates in the Lead Tracking tab and you may receive a notification.

Yes, you can search by restaurant name, ID, or filter by status within the Clients/Leads or Lead Tracking tab.

Data syncs live with the backend. Any changes or updates you make are immediately reflected across devices.
